A brief description of the form taken by my hypnotherapy sessions

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy involves using the mind's own abilities of relaxation.

Sessions begin with you being encouraged to drift into a state of deep relaxation. It is during this time that  your area of change can be addressed.

Hypnotherapy can change those feelings and behaviours you want to change.

In most cases treatment consists of a free informal telephone consultation, followed by an initial assessment session which can take a ½  to 1 hour and a week later an hour hypnotherapy session. Maintenance sessions can also be arranged if requested.

Hypnotherapy can deal with issues such as smoking cessation, weight-loss and phobia will be addressed along with relaxation, anxiety and depression.
